Good steps to follow. Turned out great. Even at -6 below zero in MN only took 3.5 hrs. We used reg B&B with diverter. Our Red Box will have birthday next month 5 years and Still going strong.

It could if you cook it a little more. You can even slice it when you take it all they way up to 204. You just have ti let it rest and One down into the 140s first
