I believe the system failed to protect Young Dolph after they shot his vehicle 100 times. If someone is shooting at you over 10 or more he should get life in prison without parole because as you can see that something is not right about this and someone want to take somebody life. If they lock all of them who shot at his vehicle probably Jook didn't have to pay $40k upfront because he will be cautious about what he was doing when he saw the Fed will lock everybody who was involved who try to kill him. There is no excuse because they let them beef while they knew there was a problem between these two. I blame them for that to let that happen and pay bail then be free again. That's right Jook thinks nothing will happen or get away with it.
