Slide Rock State Park - Sedona, Arizona

My boyfriend and I spent the day at Slide Rock State Park in Sedona, AZ. The park was open but limiting the number of guests allowed in due to the pandemic. It was perfect because the park wasn't crowded at all like it usually is.

@DrunkenChef I don’t think you need water shoes but there was a few rocky areas so they are nice to have. I got mine off of Amazon 😊

It wasn’t that long. Maybe 10-15 minutes depending on how much stuff you’re carrying. And I’m just using my iPhone lol

Hi! We went in the beginning of May. The water was cold but not so cold that I wanted to stay out of it. Everyone we saw there didn't seem to have a problem being in the water. I would imagine the water would be slightly warmer in September.

Slide Rock is located 10 miles away from Sedona. There's a pretty big sign where the parking lot is located. They also had another big sign to indicate if the parking lot was full or not so I recommend getting there early!
