I built a surf skate that I am very happy with but I never take it out in town. I just do circles in my street to calm down after work. Then on the weekends I take my 44 year old self to the park and try and learn tricks. Not sure my priorities are right. 😂.

Hi Shane, did you try to replace the Slide original bushings rear truck by others to get event more juice (rebound) ? If you would do it, what could be your choice ? I was thinking about Orangatang Knuckles, not sure the bushings size could match with Slide trucks.

The front and back truck stop 'working togethet' past a certain tilt angle. The fish tail is non functional. I'd rather have a wide square tail

Nice video! It isn't boring, I found it very relaxing. Are those 65mm wheels that come with the Fish Pavones smooth enough for cruising the streets like you did in this video? Would it be worth it to replace them with bigger wheels? Most Slide surfskates have 70mm wheels.

Thanks! They are a good balance of smoothness for cruising and easy sliding. The bigger wheels might sustain more damage on the lips if you want to do a lot of snaps and they might be too grippy for skateparks
