I had the same problem recently. If you have the infrared sensor installed, disconnect them from the motherboard and jumper the terminal I.R with terminal ground, as it is configured from the factory. Do a test, if the problem is solved, change the sensors. (I fix it this way, easy and cheap: new sensors around $10 on Ebay)

I did install the jumper wire as described above and the gate operated normal. Apparently one of the infrared sensors is bad.

anibal thank you for giving us the solution to bypass the sensors by connecting the bridge and the white cables 🙏 quick question after I purchase the new sensors do I remove the bridge?? Before install the new ones, connecting the sensors without the bridge like the instructions said, I think I didn’t read the instructions and connected the sensors with the bridge and probably burn one of them or something,

Where did you put the jumper I don't remember where it went from the factory

Worked for me! Big thank you! Was without a gate for a few months didn’t have time to sort it out but this solution solved it. I did also change the infrared sensors which had some water damage to them, maybe that was the root cause but even after replacing the sensors which were clearly fried I had to do this jumper solution

Thanks Anabil, that worked for me as well. The customer service at co z. is non existent. They sent me a video link that was like one above. A guy pressing a remote with nothing happening. No voice nothing about what or how to fix problem. Thanks again.

The problem is that the rear sensor is at the same height as the one infront. Change them to be an inch higher or lower and will fix your problem

I just installed my gt 1300 gate opener but it doesn't open or close the magnets need to be on the sensor for it to open/close. It's working the opposite as it should. Any idea what did i do wrong?

One magnet should be higher and the other lower. Try putting the higher one more down and vise Versa. I'm not 100% sure but give it a try

I had the same problem and found out it was a problem on the infrared sensor wiring. Go back to the original factory wiring, then read the section on your manual regarding the infrared sensors. You will understand what I mean.
