Ah Claire - I wondered where you were going from the off. You needed to take the footpath out the back of the little parking area opposite Wha House, rather than the farm track that leads up to Scale Bridge. Hope the physio issues are sorted soon :-)

Nearly there Claire, please get your health issues sorted first rather than worry about doing the Lakeland 50, it will be there next year for you to do if you can't do it this year, take care of yourself first.
