As a preschool teacher in a midsized upper Midwest town, with over twenty nieces and nephews , from your list I am loving: Thea, Esme, Francesca, Nadia, Collette, Renata, Briar, Shelby and Wells,Cyrus, Sullivan, Banks, I also prefer it for a little boy, and Reed with this spelling, Memphis , I cannot decide if I like it for a boy or girl more,Jonas, and Davis. I'm just imagining Brenna adding "cowboy charming" to her vid idea list now and I'm here for it! All beautiful names! Some of my favorites from your list are Esme, Nadia, Alma, Renata, Shiloh, Wells, Reed. Memphis makes me think of Graceland, so it could resonate with Elvis Presley fans as a subtle nod to the king. I think that arbitrary 300-700 in ranking sounds like a good sweet spot number. Like your said, not too popular and not too out there. 🥰

Our son is Wells, he's almost 2. I hadn't heard it before we used it but I love that it made it in here! Our two girls are Indigo and Elsie. Indie is 4 years old and I don't like how trendy it's getting 😅

Francesca was on my list in high school. There are a lot of FrancescOs in my family. Sully gives me Dr. Quinn vibes, in a good way! There were tons of Jareds in my class too. Since you like the last names as first names, you may like these. You may have mentioned these before, I can't remember. I keep hearing Sawyer and Cohen for boys. For girls, I've heard Grier recently. I haven't heard Grier as much as I have heard the boys names that I just mentioned.
