Slikour dishes on his next “big project”

South African hip-hop legend and businessman Siya “Slikour” Metane joins 959 Breakfast with Dineo Ranaka and Sol Phenduka.
The Slikour On Life founder dishes on his next venture which he believes will revolutionize the music industry.
“I want to build an industry out of love and understanding,” he tells 959 Breakfast.
Without giving context, he says they are not “going to be in a situation where they’ll be begging artists.
“The next thing I’m doing is the beginning of the metaverse of creatives and I don’t know when the MacG’s of what I’m doing come in the next five years,” adds Slikour.
He continues: “The things that everyone is achieving are off a broken industry so who must fix the industry? If I am saying that we don’t own rights, yes we are making money but we are mixing money with purpose.”
