The reason i think why he doesn't want a divorce is because his things are telling him, should he divorce you he will loose everything, even if you can give away everything including the business. You are both tied together spiritually because of the marriage. He keeps winning because of your soul. This is more spiritual than it is physical. You really need seriouse prayers and deliverance. Here is my take "When a man finds and marries a good wife, he finds favor and blessings from God". My advice though late 1. When you decide to divorce, press to the court until the other party produces a signed alternative settlement. Even then present this to a court. 2. At the time of divorce, no one cares about the other look after your interests so that you will be able to look after your kids. 3. Sometimes divorce is indeed triggered by God. And I am happy you decided, 4. If possible look into possibilities of a garnishee order. Not sure of it works on a business person. 5. As for witchcraft, madam you need to pray, we will also pray for your life to be preserved. Beyond all this I don't phathom why as a man I will let kids not attend school if I have means, nothing is more cruel than this.
