The reason i think why he doesn't want a divorce is because his things are telling him, should he divorce you he will loose everything, even if you can give away everything including the business. Here is my take "When a man finds and marries a good wife, he finds favor and blessings from God". I have noticed this with a lot of our black man, you meet a lady while you are poor, then she helps you build your dreams since she comes with blessings from the Lord. Once the guy has made it, he feels he doesn't need her and starts to abuse her, as he feels he now has poor, little does he release that the same lady he is looking down up and mistreating is the same lady with the keys to his greatness. Once they spilt, you find that the guy goes from 100 to 0 in no time and he starts blaming witchcraft and nonsense, yet he doesn't look in the mirror to understand that it is because of his own doing. My advice though late 1. When you decide to divorce, press to the court until the other party produces a signed alternative settlement. Even then present this to a court. 2. At the time of divorce, no one cares about the other look after your interests so that you will be able to look after your kids. 3. Sometimes divorce is indeed triggered by God. And I am happy you decided, 4. If possible look into possibilities of a garnishee order. Not sure of it works on a business person. 5. As for witchcraft, madam you need to pray, we will also pray for your life to be preserved.
