A good friend of mine from high school days in Lamar,Missouri, USA had lived in Australia for many years. This was played at his funeral service in Australia. Jim and I had kept in touch over the years. He had turned me on to Slim Dusty some time ago. RIP old friend. I will think of you every time I play a Slim Dusty cut.
