I read the 1st LN of this series before watching the anime. The LN is good, and I'll continue reading it. I liked your description of the show as "Junkfood Isekai", which is true, and the show is funny, enjoyable, and interesting enough to keep going.

This show demonstrates (especially this last episode) an old adage. That there is no japanese word for pacing. Anime has A real bad habit of throwing 30 different things/conflicts in to A single episode and instantly resolving them.

Yeah, it's junk food. But that's okay. Some times silly dumb things are fun. I like the MC and the various secondary characters. No, it's no classic, but, it's better than a lot of seen the past 6 months.
