If its a 6in nail I would remove it. But if it was only a 3/4in panel pin I still would.

What is the slime container does not push out slime, even though everything is connected and the inflator box and working properly, and the slime box hose is pushing out air NOT slime? What should I do then? We tried jacking up the tire to release pressure on it but it is not working.

I believe you have to know where the puncture is. For instance: if the puncture is at the top of the tire, depending how you stop the car, and you are filling from the bottom, I dont think the slime will get into the puncture hole. Again this is just a guess. I believe you have to pump the air and the slime with the puncture hole down on you tire, towards the ground.

Fsglimaable, they're saying they tried to do exactly what she did in the video but the slime isn't coming out of the container and pushing into the tire, just air. I've had Fix-A-Flat cans do that to me as well, all of the are pushes out of the can and into the tire but none of the solution, just air

Have you tried shaking it and turning upside down? Before use and while air pump turned on.

Unfortunately no. Once the wall of a tire is messed up the tire is done.
