After 29 years of running pond to pond in all aspects, company, lease, owner operator. The best advice I can give you is, don’t let the road, the money, or dispatcher rule you. Manage yourself, your money and your time so that you don’t run out of any two of them at the same time. Keep up the good work and God bless:)

From managing my time , and finances to buying supplies at Walmart to avoid overspending on eating at truck stops and restaurants too often. Learning my routes and the areas near my routes to possibly avoid traffic backups, I never stop learning. You are a rare breed of driver and I love your channel . Keep on top of your time. be on time always learning, ask questions especially old-school drivers, eat as healthy as possible, exercise as much as possible, keep on top your truck maintenance and pre trips, and post trips inspections and save as much as possible

That bathroom look like the washrooms at Dulles Airport where the private jets land that celebrities and rich folks fly. One of the spot's is called Jet Aviation. I ran into a couple of people there delivering like Denzel Washington and L.L. Cool J for example.

I think self motivation is key to succeeding as well as a good Company, Driver Manager, and training to help you see the path. Home time has changed drastically since I started driving in the early 90s, and in a good way for Drivers with families. Back then 6 weeks was the " promised by recruiters " but normally went out to 8 to 12 weeks. I always stayed out 4 to 6 months at a time, and you do lose some social skills that way. Thank you for taking the time to film, edit and share your daily grind. Please let us know what you got out of the class at Prime for business planning.... even if its a day or two later after it soaks in. Pease stay safe out there and Thank you for doing what you do.

You know what’s best for you… me personally you should commit to a break every couple weeks You need a break and to re energize yourself. I used to do OTR but I’ve been driving school buses for the last 10 years. Trucking is a rewarding career but it’s also a very lonely job and I craved human connection so I put my trucking career on the shelf for a bit. I do miss the road but I needed to take a hiatus. Once again thank you for all you do to provide for us please continue to be safe and god bless you💜💜
