It's also worth mentioning that you can't have syned versions of what would be non-speed free foods such as frozen jacket potatoes, rice pouches, fresh pasta or syned muller lights.

I've just finished doing 3 SP days! I haven't been 100% on plan so I'm trying to do some damage control haha. One of my favourite things to eat on an SP day is bbq pulled pork or steak with garlic mushrooms on toast, green beans and onions ☺️. I find your channel so helpful and motivational! Your weight loss is truly inspirational 😄

Great video :) Your explanation of SP days made them seem a lot more clearer to follow. I've been a SW since November and have been really pleased with my progress. I haven't made any great progress since Christmas so going to plan a couple of SP days before my weigh day on Saturday. Thanks for all you motivation x

Today is an SP day (I'll be doing Tuesday and maybe Thursday with you but Thursday is my weigh-in day so wanted two before then!) My top tip for SP is plan plan plan - it's really hard to find SP-friendly food on the go (except subway salads!) so make sure you know exactly what you're going to eat for every meal and prepare in advance in you can. If the idea of no muller lights is too much, my advice would be to try and have a couple of SP meals without going the whole day (swap carbohydrate-rich foods for vegetables e.g. BN squash chips or courgetti). Todays SP dinner is roast chicken (P), carrots (S) Broccoli (S), mashed swede (S), leek (S) and Yorkshire pudding (1 syn each) plus some synned gravy. Made a massive fry-up for brunch with mushrooms and tomatoes for speed. Tomorrow I'll make a crustless quiche with asparagus (S) and salmon (P) and speedy side salad for lunch. I'll make sure to share it all on instagram with #teamweighintime!

don't forget on an sp day you can eat quark instead of yoghurt...I like to sweeten it and add some flavouring. you can even flavour it with double concentrated syn free squash 😃

Hi there I believe you said you can have 15 syns on a sp day it's not it's actually 10 syns. If you click on the sp function and then press syns you will find it's 10 syns. There is actually an sp button that you can press. Thankyou

ok I'm on 11am to 7pm shifts all week, food planned for today, so I've already had scrambled eggs on 2 small wm bread with sliced tomato and rocket and garlic chilli salt. Lunch will be rivta, 2nd heb with laughing cow triangles, sliced tomato and rocket and tea is roast chicken carrots, onions and green beans. l also have a fruit salad of kiwi, red grapes, grapefruit and orange. now i think the grapes and kiwi are free food but it's what I fancied. see you soon, it's Monday get over it lol!xx

Bernadette Walsh i think we can have porride as somehas said oats are hex b and milk as part of hex a. porridge is also on the extra easy sp menu on slimming world online so we can have it. Top it with lots of speed 😊😊

Bizarre that a diet that sells itself as an all you can eat pasta and potatoes diet then has to revert to a diet where none of the aforementioned can be eaten so you actually lose weight. Very dubious.
