Hey, Slim...Much as I enjoyed your cabin adventures....Its great to join you on the road again. I'd forgotten what an excellent videographer you are. My husband and I traveled a lot....but mostly on the Pacific side. Since we cant travel anymore (Age and health related). We almost bought the the Outback trailer, too.....regret we didn't. I'm enjoying your travels to the Eastside a lot. Sunsets are nearly as pretty as ours in Washington State.😉 I have always enjoyed sharing your "laid back travels".....so looking forward to this adventure. *Recliner Babe*

I always enjoy your travel “guides”. Your photography and narrative is well presented…I much appreciate your presentation style. As for your meals.. makes me happy to know that I’m not the only one that eats simple but tasty meals. Have you tried a miso vegetable broth w/ the Tainan noodles. So easy and full of protein! An easy boil of the noodle water, add the (dry) broth packet contents. Simple easy and a good source of protein. Thank you for all you do. Love your travels and rebuilding the cabin…informative. Roll on!

Those surfing birds are common eider (Somateria mollissima), or "Cuddys Duck". A northern hemisphere species. They love diving all right! The sounds they make on a calm summer night over the ocean is magic. Loved the video Slim, thank you for sharing, you have gone up a notch or 10! ;)

Slim have u considered making a long video of your nature clips. I absolutely LOVE watching all your clips of nature. The sea, the sunsets, the fog, the snow and bears, deer and squirrels, campfires flickering....your soothing voice...I could easily watch a 2 hour video to help me relax while I'm sewing, reading or ugh...cleaning house. I would play it often and I'm guessing your other subscribers would too. I'm traveling vicariously with you and love to see all the places you good and the fast meals you cook. Please consider a video of just scenic areas. ❤️

Hi Slim, one of your best videos. Beautifull photography of scenery, landscape and nature. Everytime you go for music it is tops - like the ones from the deep south. By the way those surferbirds were all female eiderducks (Yes the birds with the downs.). The males are almost completly white. They love to swim and dive in the ocean. Mira is a latin word and stands for wonderous or miracolous. Thank you for your great videos.

Slim, I had to write because you are in my Canada Playground. I used to long-ride on/off road motorcycles and rode eastern Canada often. I was going to let you know that you could catch the ferry to Newfoundland from Sidney but you already knew. If you have time, go to St. John. South of St. John has some beautiful nature and geography to be seen. Deer Lake has a great campground. It's a great place and can be fun. There is a Irvin Big Stop restaurant next to the Deer Lake campground that has the best poutine in Canada! I could go on forever but I'll wait until the next video. Enjoy your time on the rock. Got to say that you made my day with this video.
