I love love slimvance .When I started this supplement I was weighting in at 177 now I am 150-152 .I use (Slimvance core slimming complex) which I can no longer find, was a but worried that it is discontinued. Eric would you be able to tell me the difference between this one in your video verses the one I am using. I bought the slimvance xp thermogenic. I have a question about the product. Monday through Thursday I workout right when I wake up. I know I have to take the pills twice a day. Since I workout in the morning right when I wake up. I wake up around 6:20am. Usually I am exercising by 6:30am Do I have take to take the first serving 30 minutes before I exercise in the morning. Or can I take 10 minutes before I exercise? I want it to work, so not sure when I should take it.

Hey Pat, good to hear from you. I always advise with food but it honestly depends on your goal, life style, and how you feel on it without food. I personally take mine without food because I’m intermittent fasting with it. Fair warning, it hits a little harder without food lol

The Slimvance blend itself burns fat and does NOT contain caffeine. The bottom two ingredients are caffeine itself. The reason I classify ingredients now as stim or stim free is because most people don’t know certain ingredients Contain caffeine unless it says caffeine on it. For example Yohimbe, green tea extract, robusta, etc. Those don’t say caffeine but clearly are stimulants and do contain caffeine. The Slimvance blend (ingredient 1) is caffeine free. The Slimvance XP itself as a whole supplement yes does contain caffeine.

Hey Hiszreina, that’s why I hate the word thermogenic. Technically it can be classified as both stim and non stim. The Slimvance blend itself is not a stimulant thermogenic, the nonstim grains of paradise is a thermogenic, and the caffeine anhydrous + time release is a stim thermogenic. Overall, the Slimvance XP metabolism igniter is a thermogenic and has both stim and non stim ingredients in there.

They’re both pretty similar. The original Slimvance hits a little harder which is good for me to use a PreWorkout but the XP is good for a day appetite suppressant. They’re both really good but it depends on which on fits your life style. That’s a good question, let me know if you have anymore. 💪🏻💯

@@moneyflower32 hey Moneyflower, I apologize for getting back late, I’m just seeing this message. I’m not exactly sure what the burning sensation could be. The Slimvance blend and grains of paradise are supposed to aid in digestion but not cause any discomfort. The only thing I can think of is the caffeine having pass through the intestines which have their own reacting receptors could be causing burning sensation. If it starts to feel uncomfortable I’d stop the Slimvance all togethor. I usually take Slimvance fasted as well but it can (like most other stimulants)cause stomach discomfort when taken on empty stomach. I personally don’t feel any burning sensation when taking this fasted but then again I’ve been taking all supplements fasted for a while.
