Is a gasket used on the new muffler. Mine has a leak and sounds bad. Where can I get the gasket in needed

I am interested in this system but have heard from my dealer that other owners have experienced a melted rear brake line due to heat. The thermal tape included does not help. Do you have a fix for this problem? Thank You

Hello Jason, that's a pretty serious dealer claim and something that Thermal R&D would be extremely concerned with if that was even remotely possible. We've sold thousands of these exhaust systems over the last few years and the reviews have been nothing but positive. If you could please provide me with your dealer information and point of contact so that I can have Thermal R&D contact the dealer for more information regarding these statements, that would be greatly appreciated. I'm building a slingshot with a quad conversion and a turbo setup. I'm wondering will this exhaust work?

Hello Bradley, we don't sell quad kits.. so I'm not 100% certain. I think it would be best to send this video to the company doing the quad conversion for you to have them verify for you prior to purchasing the exhaust. Please let me know if they say it's compatible. We'd love to know!

Hello Vince, yes it is with the use of the factory "J" cat pipe in between the header and thermal exhaust.
