finally getting around to putting in band groves on my new frame so thought I'd use it and incorporate it into the how to do band groves vid that I said was coming next on the G10 spitfire replica I've been building, hope it helps some people create their own amazing frames to shoot 👊

Frame turned out beautiful, nice job and looks like a Wasp FTC. I use chain saw files to do my band grooves, works pretty well.

After watching you progress with this, I'm inspired to make my own and also wondering if you would/have made a clipped catty for commission? Excellent work and thank you for bringing us along for the journey.

I've not made anything with clips yet but it's on the list of things to learn, as for making a commission, I'm honoured you would ask but I think I have a bit to learn and perfect before I'm ready to think of that. That's a good ideal to tape it down I'm always trying to hold it or clamp it.

I tape so many things I make and work on to hold them, using the tape on this not only holds it securely but protects it from being marked by the metal I use as a guide while cutting 👌👊

Just not enough hours in the day to have done it yet, I do a lot more than make and shoot slingshot and I just haven't had the time. But like I said it's on the list. I'll be using wasp clips when I do 👊
