Great content and even better long line sling skills! Enjoy watching the views while having the ' Airbus music' running in the back ground. 😎🚁

Just curious as to why the 1000KG load was to heavy for the H125? to much fuel onboard? altitude or OAT? or company SOP? Thanks! I really enjoy your video, they are very educational. As someone doing similar work i like seeing an other pilot using the same logic, trick and tips as i learned overtime. keep up you awesome videos!

thanks! :) it was supposed to be 1000kg. the load indicator was at 1100kg (@15:48) and it didn't even leave the ground so it was probably around 1200, which we had too much fuel on board for

@@UpsideDownWash yeah 1200kg+ with extra fuel...make sense! Thanks for the reply!

You make it look so easy precisely placing those loads between the houses... What would you do if you had an engine failure when you were just on top of those houses? Say you already delivered your load to make things a bit easier. Thanks!
@UpsideDownWash3 жыл бұрын
Well if that happens your going straight down on top of them most likely. If I reacted fast enough I could try to move the helicopter a few meters while descending to avoid people / buildings. But it's a very very bad situation and your most likely getting very hurt (best case)

@@UpsideDownWash thanks for the answer. I really hoped you had some sort of a backup plan. Can you autorotate from there? Maybe towards the water? From what I know you are inside the "deadman's curve" at that height.
@cmm33382 жыл бұрын
@@utuber52 Can't auto-rotate very successfully with an engine failure from that agl, and with the obstacles. Like he said, maybe you can move 10-12 feet in a direction.. but that is about all you're getting. I would probably use a longer sling, and try to position myself with more altitude.. but hell, idk the details of this operation so that could not be an option here for all I know.

Wondering what the the blue jugs in the back seat are?
@UpsideDownWash4 жыл бұрын
They're 60 liter cans for fuel. Empty in this case. If we take them out we need to hide them away so the downwash dosnt blow them all over the place.

cool! which airfield was this?

Your flight controls seem twitchy sensitive...by design for shure.looks like it was twitching to get loose on takeoff.
