Such a fun time to be alive when Korn, Limp Bizkit, System of a Down, Papa Roach, Slipknot, Linkin Park, (hed) p.e., and P.O.D. were in their primes. Most of the late 90s/early 2000s *Nu Metal* bands still drop music to some varying degree or another, but Slipknot managed to persevere and stay relevant more than the rest of them.

Dude, classic Slipknot is the best...And back then, almost everyone knew them. People didn't really care if they swear or do inappropriate stuff in front of children or something (Some do.), I mean, they're a metal band, people would expect them to be like they expect them to be. I love that entrance at the intro btw, it was the coolest badass thing ever.
