SLIPKNOT - Killpop - Drum Cover

Probably the funnest song yet from .5! I vaguely interpreted the effects during the verses, yet believe those are percussion duties. I also reinterpreted a piece of the 2nd chorus fill as well as the final bars at the end.

I really wasn't sure how jay was gonna be for the band, but man the drum track on this sing is sick. It fits the song very well and you can definitely here Jay's different stylistic choices, but it suits and elevates the song and is still very slipknot. Rock on jay

Thanks. The verses are a loose interpretation. I'm not fully convinced it's the drummer doing that stuff because it sounds like one hihat is constant and the other is an addition. There's a lot of interplay between drums and percussion on this album.

It’s mostly hitting the snare drum and using the right arm to move from the snare drum to a cymbal. But this dude added a few extra movements because he has skill. Jay doesn’t do it like this, lol. This dude is skilled.
