This is where the learning curve comes into play. Overall your car is not damaged & there is always another night to race here. There are so many variables here. Listen to the engine right after the flag stand , this tells the story but of course all I have is this video. You have the engine to get the job done for sure. Higher gearing & weight distribution & a little throttle pedaling on that slick track would probably help, but there again, all I have is the video replay. When all else fails , pray to God to make the right decisions & keep the faith. God Bless ...

You always want to make the best out of the resources you have. Swapping cars is a good choice you find something with it to apply to the other one. Also if a car ruins well at this track and not the other track you always have 2nd options to work from. Just for example Jonathan Davenport runs Clements and Corrinet engines which tells me one motor is better at this track and the other at the other track that also applies to the car itself. When you are learning to better always work outside the box and they do that it is just a matter of putting it all together, HTF is going through the learning curve they will get there soon.

Hey Team, great effort as usual, I feel for you all knowing that some little thing is just not quite there and it seems to be amplified as the night wears on. I remember, it was soul destroying sometimes... till the day the penny drops and you fix the fknthing and soar to new heights. I remember hearing about the difference between working "IN the track" & "ON the track", and, that the progression of a freshly prepared track throughout the night demonstrates this well. You start out with some penetration on the surface which engages the tire tread well, and before the end of the night you need sunglasses for the glare from the track and you just slip across a surface you can't penetrate. Suggestions of solutions would be from lower tire pressures later to increase tire contact patch area, a slicker tire like the surface for the same reason, increasing contact. A stiffer spring where you need the grip, or maybe a softer spring diagonally opposite where you need the grip so there is less of a tug of war over where the weight sits. There are so many variables from car to car, track to track, and, driver to driver, however with Joseph, you have the advantage of being a driver who can tune his own shocks & springs, without the communication time or barrier between 2 different people. Joseph you also have some 1st class camera men who could start to focus on body language of the car so that you can see from the outside as well as any other Guru watching. You probably already do this I'm guessing so anyway good luck with it all, you will have a fantastic stable when you find the missing link. Cheers from sunny Queensland guys.

No they won't get it would have to be another Capital team and there is only 4 other capitals that run decent on a national level . Rocket Chassis has engineers and test frequently LongHorn has engineers and test frequently Capital does none of that. The best supportive words I can can give them is if they want to run better they have to drop the Capital and get a car from a manufacture that provides support to there drivers. You have shown that capital has no clue to help you in the slick. Just because Capital gives you free cars doesn't mean that's the route you should take.
