​@@lcdany0153 im a bit late, i really loved the original one, i could say its one of my favourite in the series, this remake got reaaaally cutted out, tho i liked it also, it might be a bit rushed due to another team had developed it, but if you really like resident evil, and loved 2 remake, think on this one as a dlc, a good dlc, but not worth the 60$ i payed on launch, id give it a try if i could get a good deal on it. but thats just my humble opinion. Also i have to say , i think is the only resident evil i didnt replayed more than twice. i hope this is usefull for you

What about to consider I already could have done that? It took me exactly as long to beat re3 as re2. And please don't say re2 has double the content due to its two campaigns which is not the case. Re2 consists of one story and one story only. The other campaign is just an alternate scenario with a different character and not the second half of one overall game. If you have beaten one campaign you have beaten the game.

THIS is OBJECTIVITY. To take one of your examples cuting content for a remake it's equal to a divine blaspheme and an attempt to do a middle finger to those who loved OGs games. But doing the same mistakes about incoherent scenarios and event in the stroy telling twice is a great fault too. That mean they didn't even learn from the OGs games.

Everything I want to add at this point is that original re2 WAS having complementing scenarios. There was repetition in gameplay but story wise for example Leon a and Claire b were adding up in regards to important events. The remake on the other hand features alternate timelines which OBVIOUSLY doesn't work at all for a game about different characters experiencing different things and yes, which is in fact a flaw on a different level than flaws which only affects nostalgia feelings of hardcore fans.

I think this game was great, many people say that the RE2 remake was better but I still can't finish it due my anxiety seeing Mr X walking after me. I love the story of RE3 more because its shorter and I love the dynamic between Jill and Carlos, call me stupid but playing in RE2 for Leon or Jill is kinda the same thing, of course different story but you get the same locations but from different order, it would be cool if they make it one game where you have chapters where you play for Leon then for Claire...idk but the only thing I liked in RE2 is the Leon Noir outfit, in RE3 I loved absolutely everything and next year I'm probably going to replay it. 🥰 And your video is amazing of course

I really liked this game. It's not all bad. But it's that thing, a lot of wasted potential !!! The game is short. cut content, etc, etc... It's the kind of game that after you finish, end, go back to the shelf. Capcom didn’t have to cut anything, it had to have improved everything, just like they did in Resident Evil remake 1 & 2. We missed the opportunity to explore more Raccoon City 😔. But the game is very good, not bad. But it could have been epic 🤫. The remake of the second game, RE2, sold much more than the third... 🤔
