Its an urban legend from the Philippines. Its called 'manananggal'. It flies on night but only with its half upper body part. To kill him/her u must find the lower body part and put holy water or use salt/garlic🙂

For anyone who doesn't know, the proper name for this ghost is Kuchisake-onna. She partially covers her face with a mask or other item and carries some sort of sharp object. She is most often described as having long, straight, black hair, pale skin, and otherwise being considered beautiful (except for her scar). She asks potential victims if they think she is beautiful. If they respond with "no", she will kill them with her long medical scissors. If they say "yes", she will reveal that the corners of her mouth are slit from ear to ear, and she will then repeat her question. If the individual responds with "no", she will kill them with her weapon, and if they say "yes", she will cut the corners of their mouth in such a way that resembles her own disfigurement. It is impossible to run away from her due to her supernatural speed. Methods that can be used to survive an encounter with Kuchisake-onna include answering her question by describing her appearance as "average", saying something like "I don't know, what do you think" or by distracting her with money or hard candies. Only then can you run away without her stopping you. According to legend, Kuchisake-onna was a woman who was mutilated during her life, with her mouth being slit from ear to ear. In the most told version she was an adulterous wife. As punishment, her husband sliced her mouth. Other versions say that her mouth was mutilated during a medical or dental procedure or that she was mutilated by a woman who was jealous of her beauty.

Maybe do a more simplistic prank. I have full sleeve tattoos and one time i visited Tokyo, everyone would avoid me when they noticed my arms. I was even told to leave a store so i always wear long sleeved shirts. But my tattoos came in handy when i was at Shibuya one night and saw a girl being harassed by two guys. I just shouted Hey and rolled up my sleeves. The two guys saw me, noticed my tattoos and immediately said Gomenasai while bowing, then turn around and ran away.

i love the story of the Noppera-bō the faceless sprit. i love this story. a lazy fisherman who decided to fish in the imperial koi ponds near the Heian-kyō palace. Despite being warned by his wife about the pond being sacred and near a graveyard, the fisherman went anyway. On his way to the pond, he is warned by another fisherman not to go there, but he again ignores the warning. Once at the spot, he is met by a beautiful young woman who pleads with him not to fish in the pond. He ignores her and, to his horror, she wipes off her face. Rushing home to hide, he is confronted by what seems to be his wife, who chastises him for his wickedness before wiping off her facial features as well. it has a good meaning to it, and its a bit scary.
