And just regular people wanting live regular lives. Idk how you can have so much sympathy for genocide the gods did but not the people and aeormatons who were all killed. CR has been gradually moving away from official D&D in its world building since Legend of Vox Machina (and to a lesser degree the OGL scandal) made using WotC's intellectual property more complicated. Since imps are fairly common in several fantasy stories and quasits aren't, I could see them being lumped together into just generic fiends on both sides, similar to succubi and incubi.
