SLO Skate Park Grand Opening - SLO Stoked

This is SLO Stoked Productions' video coverage of the brand new skate park which just opened in San Luis Obispo, CA on February 28, 2015.
The rain came down that morning; nobody dared say it but you could tell many skaters were worried about getting rained out. Luckily by the time 1pm rolled around it had dried up and left us with awesome skating conditions!
Legendary pro skaters Eddie "El Gato" Elguerra and Brad Edwards along with legends like Jonny Miller and Jack Smith were among those in attendance. Spirits were high and injuries were non-existent, even with the wet conditions.
After all was said and done, the sky opened back up and everyone scattered like roaches. The perfect end to a rad day - I was laughing the whole way back to my car!
Overall, this was one of the most heavily-attended skate park openings I've ever witnessed - hopefully this is a sign of good things to come in the future...

This is one of the best parks! I live in Colorado but when I travel to the central coast I always visit this park. My home park is edora in fort collins colorado.
