Another shower tip wash your face with your facial wash in the shower before washing your hair with shampoo then conditioner then wash your body with soap and femine wash and body wash and shave in the shower and rinse off with warm or cold water and wash your hands and feet in between with soap and exfoliate once or twice a week with a sugar body scrub in the shower then pat dry your skin with a towel then get out of the shower then use a hair turban for your hair then blow dry your hair if u are feeling sick in the colder seasons then get dressed and brush your teeth at the sink and do the rest of your facial routine at the sink or u can brush your teeth in the shower too up to u

Tip: Luke warm water is best for your skin! Hot water is too drying and cold water isn't good either. Dermatologists recommend luke warm water for skin health. Edit: luke warm not lake warm 🤣

An advice from me is to use a shampoo and conditioner before the shower gel because all the dirt that accumulates in the hair falls to the body, so you have never cleaned. So yeah i love youu🫶🏻🫂🫀
