Since Josh wants to go into the specifics of the contract. I in Crainer's defense, yes it DOESN'T say that he CAN cancel the contract. HOWEVER, it also DOESN'T say that he CAN'T. Therefore, Crainer is not in the wrong with canceling the contract. I think that he can cancel the contract and that Josh should release Crainer and compensate him for his troubles. Then again I ain't no lawyer so I think it's up to the people whether they agree with my argument or not.
