This is fantastic, I thought that a broader measurement would be needed for the lid to fit but I see no ptoblem, it fits perfectly, it is a fantastic little original box indeed.

Rhonda Mobley I enlarged it by taking a sheet of 10.5 by 8.5. Then score long side at 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10. Short side at 2.5, 5 and 7.5. The marking little scores should go at 1.25 and 6.25. For everything else, follow Sam's instructions. The resulted box is 2.5 inch square.
