Looks like a great place to have a good meal! And what a gorgeous view. I like the fact they have disposable plates & utensils, as you don’t have to worry about cleanliness 🤪. What is a technology fee???

It’s actually a credit card fee. If you pay with a credit or debit, you a little percentage. It’s a cheaper total if you pay CASH. More and more places are starting to do that. They’re passing on the credit debit fees to the customer instead of absorbing that cost.
