remember best thing to do with multiple casualties as medic is rez then tap the revive with a little bit health then move to the next person. reason being just getting a little bit of HP over the revive minimum gives you the ability to have full stamina and stabilization

what surprises me is that medic role is really needed in almost any shooter game, yet people only rarely do switch to medic... I guess that medic callouts just make you hate just about everyone around like "just get in the damn cover and do not get shot!"

Squad is a such a great fucking game. I love it. It is everything I always wanted a military shooter game to be like. Large scale combined arms combat. I used to be a big fan of Battlefield on console, but I always wished it were more realistic. Then I found out about Squad, Post Scriptum and HLL. I had to get a PC after learning about these games, and after playing I realized Squad is everything I always wanted BF to be. Same with HLL and Post Scriptum. No other games get me immersed like these games. Especially in super chaotic matches, where both teams have good players. Like you said, if you get in the right match, with the right people, at the right time, its can be a fucking great experience, just like the trailers show.

the last time I had a cinematic like gameplay was on Anvil on invasion against insurgents, and as americans we had MATV, Humvees and bradleys, it was a column with on bradley in front and on in the middle, in between were logis and humvees and matvs, we were attacking the first point and as soon as we got close to the point all the vehicles stoped on the left and right sside of the road shooting on the mountains left and right, I was the gunner on the MATV, I felt like we were in the documentary Hornets nest, it was fking amazing

Mech infantry is the best squad in this game. Having a IFV to support your squad while youre trying to defend/attack points and being in constant communication with them is great instead of trying to relay information to the IFV squads

Ive been getting crazy frame drops. I have to clear cache, verify files every day. Or im getting 50 fps maximum on medium settings. A month or two ago i was getting 70fps plus on max settings. No idea whats going on.

There are just too many vehicles in the game now, some rounds where teams can have 4 ASLAV or 3BMD4 and a tank... It is just too vehicle heavy. No opportunities for actual squad play anymore.

I wish Squad was like the trailers but I really wish it was like the Kickstarter roadmap. Just such a baby mechanic BF clone disguised as a milsim hybrid.In the very thumbnail youre healing a dude with the magic hand lol. Its just such a joke and such obvious airsoft teenager RP game. They should really Arma it up a bit. Remove the anyone can revive shit, let you finish off downed enemies (absolutely immersion breaking to shoot someone's face 5 times and they get healed by a grunt with a bandage), also the lack of open local chat. Squad is an audience too dumb for actual milsims but desperately wants to RP that they arent.

@@fonesrphunny7242 Its supposed to be an in between of BF and Arma according to OWI. The realism of Arma with the jump in and get to the action that comes with BF. Ironically thats what Reforger feels like. Squad feels like a BF hardcore mode with some changed up game modes and semi-realistic kits. However this is a naive statement as Arma can be whatever you want. It can be Squad with more features, it can be BF, it can be a hardcore milsim, its a sandbox so its not really comparable to anything in that sense. You can even make platformers and puzzle games like you see on the workshop. Reforgers slowly killing Arma because its Conflict game mode is basically what OWI promised Squad would be but never came through on. Major issues are you cant finish downed enemies, anyone can revive with a bandage (terrible medical system akin to Fortnite or PUBG), you cant hear enemies on local so it feels very robotic almost COOP feel to it, and majorly a lack of any decent game modes. If they could at least restore Insurgency to its PR glory OWI would have something thats not just mediocre and played because its the only option. I think what really ruins is it the identity issues in the community caused by this. People want the game to be played seriously but are against dynamic realistic game modes in the game. They're also against any mechanics that would actually require you to play it seriously. Its this constant back and forth of new players are to blame for being lone wolfs and when they get called out for being against the mechanics that would make that an unviable playstyle they start crying that its not Arma.
