I read this comment first and was like that isn't that fast, then I realized it was like 20 thou diameter endmill lol. not sure id even go that fast in aluminum with something that small

put that tool way further into the collet, its sticking out a mile, if the screws are in the way buy some low profile ones.

LMFAO such clickbait. Reducing the feed and speed to what the "miracle tool" was using was the trick. Ill run lights out over night if I have to. I don't care. But when your breaking tools its feed and speed. went from 40 ipm to like 5.5 ipm so its not the tool....
