I really like this format lately. Showing the best play on percentages is a good idea moving forward. Please do this more often. Learning a lot

I plan to do it for all videos in this series over the next 4 weeks. Thanks.

DDB is probably the most popular variation of vp in the casino. I used to play all the time. Now I stick to BP. It just hurts too much to just get money back for two pair instead of 10 credits (on a five credit bet). Bankroll just lasts so much longer on an 8/5 BP machine. I think BP is an easier game to master, as well. Thanks for your videos, Andrew!

Andrew, what are your initial thoughts on Durango? Is it the best stations property to play at?

Since you've been paying attention to strategy more do you find you come out ahead more, less, or the same?
@Slotmassacre11 ай бұрын
That’s a great question. I play most games relatively well and the mistakes I make are worth maybe $1,000 in EV over the course of a year. I enjoy the challenge of it more than chasing the $1,000 in value and really, the difference between a good player and perfect matters over the course of millions of hands
@lavaunjohns779611 ай бұрын
@@Slotmassacre So, I think what you're saying is you often don't go with the favored hand strategy-wise and basically play how you want to play regardless. I'm glad to hear that because so many KZbin players go by the book and make the entire video on strategy and it's sooooo very boring.

SlotMass, I saw you holding two pairs multiple times including combos of 22’s and 44’s, with increased pay tables for 2,3,4’s (magic cards as I call them lol) quads with kickers, is this the right play at even money, why not go for the gusto payouts lol🙌💰🙌
@Slotmassacre11 ай бұрын
I totally get the appeal of the “magic cards” 😉 but the full house pays out 45 on this game and the math works like this: drawing to the 4 cards to make a full house will happen 8% plus of the time giving you money back always and 45 coins 8%+ of the time. When you hold a non paying pair like 2244J choosing the twos, you are guaranteed nothing most of the time and 400 and less often 800 so much less often that going for the 45 credits pays out more if you run each scenario against each other a million times. This remains true for JJ446 in holding the jacks, you won’t hit 4 Jacks often enough to make up for how often you will hit a full house.

@@Slotmassacre love the advice, but the videos more fine sir, thank you for your time amigo🙌
@shirleycorning121311 ай бұрын
Thanks Andrew. I've watched all of your KZbin videos. If I counted correctly you had two pair 38 times in this session. If you had been playing bonus poker that would've been $950.00 more credit plus whatever the extra hands would win. The four 4s would have paid $1,000.00. Would you say bonus poker is a better bet than double double or are they about the same?
@steveshaw585311 ай бұрын
Hello i watch all your video's they are great, I know it's play more to make more but i'm a 5.00 player and i play mostly bonus poker all the time it seems to give me the longest playing time. Will you ever be coming to Atlantic city would love to meet you sometime......Steve

Good case study today, referring to triple vs single line. I appreciate your playing of the higher volatility games such as DDB. BP is a safe game and, as a viewer, I tend to click away from those videos.

Holding only the ace with off suited facecards available on ddb seems odd. But that's perfect strategy i guess.
