Slovak Prime Minister Shot in Assassination Attempt + Putin Visits Xi in Beijing w/ Mark Sleboda

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico was shot multiple times in an assassination attempt carried out by a perpetrator who has shown support for the opposition party, and protested against policies that include the cutting of military aid for Ukraine.
Meanwhile, the West is warning about the growing partnership between Russia and China, as Putin and Xi hold talks in Beijing.
International Relations and Security Analyst Mark Sleboda noted that in the same way that Western leaders are sending their condolences to Fico, despite spending months demonizing his rise to power and its implications for NATO and the EU... they're also expressing concerns about ties between Russia and China, because the alliance threatens U.S. dominance in the growing multipolar world.

Suggesting a some qu.s to save up for next occasions that you have either Mark S, Andrei Martyanov or Scott Ritter on the show, to shed some light on...: 1. Why is Kiev regime focusing draft on mid 20s upwards? What is status of 18 to 25 year olds?... Is it the case that this younger cohort have been exempted so far, or were they all taken in a previous draft? 2. Is it plausible that, when Russia gets serious about a major offensive after all these probing operations, reconnaissance in force etc - that they will simply encircle, blockade and bypass large cities like Kharkov, Sumy, Chernihiv, Zaporizhia, Dnipro (and even some of the thornier mid level centres like Kramatorsk and Slovyansk), in order to push through collapsing Ukrainian lines to take territory up to the Dnieper? 3. Russia could then cross over Dnieper at several points to focus on actually taking Kherson, Mykolaiv and Odessa, which could be seen as higher priority strategic objectives? 4. The urban centres thereby placed under siege could then gradually yield without massive destruction as the situation overall becomes so hopeless that the trapped 'garrison' forces decide that it is pointless to carry on (or the political centre would have collapsed by then anyway)?
