It's a beautiful weekend lovely people. I hope you are enjoying the moment whenever you are right now.
This weekend I tried making home made bagel for our break fast.
Here's the Ingredients I used;
2 cups bread flour
1 tbsp. powdered dried berries
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/4 stp. salt
1 cup warm water
1 pack yeast
1 stick butter (not in the video)
For my spread I made;
cream cheese with powdered berries and powdered sugar
Hot water bath 30 seconds each side before baking 350F for 20 minutes.
