Welcoming Spring | Slow living

Here comes Spring! Have you enjoy your weekend lovelies?
Our weekend was warm and fun. A good breakfast, did some household, baked strawberry cookies, walk to the park and enjoy the sun in the side yard with Haku.
Here' s the recipe for mini pancake breakfast;
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
fruits for toppings
Strawberry Cookies;
1 large egg
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup strawberry jam
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
5 tbsp butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Make 8 cookies
Bake for 15 minutes in 375F
