I'm so incredibly sorry. I hope you have someone you can talk to about everything. If not consider seeking a therapist to help. I don't think sedatives and alcohol mix well. Please be kind to yourself, know you are worthy of love, mourn, but be gentle with yourself. I use raspberry fast acting meletonin, it's safe and natural.
