And I realized that the message I get from her videos isn't "you need to live as naturally as me to be happy" but rather "everything that you do, do it well" and "appreciate the beauty of the mundane". If one actually was living her life, it would be easy to feel constrained or to get tired of all the work, but she chooses to focus on the beauty of hard work, nature, and all the little details, and she communicates this chosen attitude of hers to us with her editing. @@badraUmera9804 I'm going to try again. If free food source can be found out in the wild like how she makes it out to be, Chinese won't have starved to death. She picks raw food from farms and gardens, which are works of farmers. So it's not survival skills. It's just cooking skills. You all need to go out more often. Food source don't just show up everywhere, and for places where there are such resources, you'd need to compete with other wild animals for those resources. We started agriculture for a reason.

I really hate all the comments saying this woman is fake or this channel in Chinese Propaganda. The intent of propaganda is to convince a wider audience a certain country or system or way of thinking is better than others. What does this channel do? It provided a calming feeling around natural sounds and hard work. Yes, they are traditional Chinese ways of life and work but it's not like they are convincing you to pack up your city life and hightail it to China to become a self-reliant naturalist who works all day on the fields. It does, in fact, glorify the hard work of rural life, however, what online doesn't glorify misconstrue something in any way? The intent of this is to provide something calming and easily appreciable to distract us- the audience from our chaotic lives. It documents a young woman's life and family traditions in a way that is soothing and easy to digest. Would you watch it if it wasn't so relaxing? If she showed you every single second of hard work and intensive labor? Every time she missed with a knife or some other tool and was injured? Probably not (though some would). Of course, those things happen no one is perfect. However, why would or should she show us all of that? When her intent isn't to show us something crazy authentic but rather something calming both in sounds and how strong she is. Just because it seems impossible for someone to be this perfect doesn't mean it's not really happening, it just means you're not seeing the imperfections. People like this do exist, I know because I know them. And with the right editing, I could convince you it is as exotic and mesmerizing as this presents. That wouldn't make it true, I mean keep in mind she kills and guts animals which involves a lot of blood which isn't pretty. She does everything with such skill that couldn't come from acting, she is actually doing what you are seeing. She or they or whoever just chooses not to show you the bad. Much like how a dancer doesn't show you the hours of intense work that goes behind each performance. A music artist doesn't show you their training and effort not they're failed recordings. That isn't their intent, that isn't the emotion they want to convey, they choose what you see. But, for some reason a girl living a life which hundreds of other people live similarly to (even in American, though different plants) editing together something calming and peaceful from her day to day life: that's too much, that's where we draw the line it must all be fake. Do we not see how incredibly dumb that is? Keep in mind this is her life. She dedicated her days to this. Think about how much you do, does it result in that much material? Probably not. However, with the right editing, it can probably look just as exotic to someone else. If you gut out the bad bits all you have is good. Does that make your day to day life fake? No, it just means you're not telling the whole story which isn't inherently bad. It really depends on your intent and I really don't see what's wrong with hers. Again, she isn't trying to convince you China or anything is the best thing in the world. She isn't trying to tell you to drop everything and become a farmer. She is just making something that can calm other people and provide them with something good and pleasing to look at. She is showing the beauty of nature and hard work. Nothing more. 转自李子柒微博 这个视频是住院前拍好的，没来得急剪。出来了忙了两天要紧工作才有时间剪出来。 在医院简直就是神仙般的日子，期间追了几部清宫剧，所以你们看这期视频的调色应该有变化哈哈哈哈哈哈! 我这个秋梨膏方子除了一些老字号和传承人，应该不会有太多人肯动手操作了!大家几乎都是梨去皮榨汁过滤加食材熬稠齐活!如果你也懒得麻烦，那我说的这个简易方子你也可以用。但是梨皮不要扔，好东西! 视频里的方子分三次煎，头煎五小时，二煎三小时，三煎1小时，小火，水不够了少次多量随着加一些。三次过滤的汤汁汇总再熬到粘稠，滴水成珠就是最好的标准。 放温加蜂蜜，最好是炼过的蜜。简单说下炼蜜:蜂蜜加等量水再熬到红亮粘稠!别跟我说蜂蜜超过多少度就咋，这里有这里的用处，字太多懒得打有空自己去搜搜啦~ 梨5斤，川贝50克，老姜50克，罗汉果1颗，百合50克，红枣100克，干薄荷30克，金银花50克。大致用量而已，差不多都成。都是食材来着!
