No Sugar makes these great for diabetics, as BBQ sauces are loaded with sugar. Thanks for these Ken. Yum!

I love doing it this way. I like ribs that are not all sauced up and this is a great way of doing it. I also like to cook in bbq this way. Nice and slow with some woods chips for smoke flavour. Soft but with a little chew

Having no garden and thus no barbecue, I have to outsource my grilling adventures. This slight misfortune has however made me quite adept at cooking ribs in my ancient oven, and I gotta tell you that I am intrigued by your recipe. I often use a apple juice based marinade with just a little bit of citrus, next time I'll try 'going full lemon'. A pleasure to watch, thanks!

Hi Ken, I will be trying your recipe this weekend. My husband cannot have too many spices but your ribs have the right amount of spices and all natural.

Thanks so much Teresa!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 These are really flavourful without being spicy. I think hubby will really enjoy these ribs…

This is my new "go-to" recipe for ribs...my wife loves them with rice or greek-style potatoes. We'd love them the next day as leftovers...but they never last until day 2!

Hi Ken, this looks and sounds great, almost the identical marinade I use for lamb and chicken - just didn’t think of use this for pork ribs. I really dislike the sticky-sweet bbq sauce that is quite typical and also like German rolled ribs too. Thank you.

I'm going to try your technique - but I have a question: A lot of recipes recommend cutting up the ribs individually before cooking. If I did this, would it alter the low and slow 4 hours? Maybe only 3.5 hrs?
@KensGreekTable4 жыл бұрын
That will work as well. Whatever is easiest for you. Good luck and lest me know how it turns out.... 🙏🏼👍💪✌️🙌

Ken Panagopoulos by the way...I started following you a few days ago and you have an impressive amount of time dedicated to your cooking. I made the pasticcio last Thursday and it was YUM. Now I see you have a few low carb/keto recipes that I MUST try. So...the keto bechamel is good? I’m trying to wrap my head around it.

The béchamel is actually pretty good. The yogurt makes it tangy. Definitely worth trying....
