Rice cooker salmon rice with Negi Sauce🍣

Ingredients (feeds 4-6 people)
- A 300g salmon (to be placed in the rice cooker)
- Optional: 4 strips of Salmon (to be grilled separately)
- 2 cups rice + water (using the finger method) + 2 tbsp tsuyu sauce + 2 tbsp mirin
- 4 pieces cut kombu
- Shimeiji mushrooms (optional)
- Spring onions (optional)
Salmon marinate (marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight)
- 4 tbsp tsuyu sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Sauce (to mix into cooked rice)
- 2tbsp tsuyu or soba sauce
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- Spring onions
Directions:
- Marinate salmon
- Place everything in the rice cooker
- Cook it on usual rice cooker setting
- Optional: grill the extra strips of salmon for 12-14mins (depending on the size).
