The world spins fast, but time is slow,
Savor each day, let your heart glow.
Don't let life's chaos steal your calm,
Find your rhythm, slow down, stay strong.

Took a day off and went cycling. I didn't know the importance of pausing until recent years. I realize in my rhythm there's a great need to pause and slow down. Sometimes, even doing nothing. In the pause I find beauty in nature and my heart sings a brand new tune.
I had so much fun creating this little short that I even got myself a severe sun burn. But looking at this end result, it's totally worth it. The only regret I have was forgetting to bring my mic. But that's okay, with this experience, I'm sure I'll remember next time.
