You know this song was such a blessing to my husband before he passed away from cancer at 26 this August. He loved the part: "I will always be close And I'm never gonna leave you Promise I'll never forsake you So don't even worry now"... and your songs were always a blessing to me as well and especially now when I seek my God and enjoy His presence and go through this trial... Jesus will always be close... i pray that you always stay close to Him, so your music will continue to support a christian walk of so many more people... please never let go of Christ... your gift is such a blessing, thank you so much! Brendan Keeton He is indeed! I can’t express enough how awesome Jesus is. I thought I would not recover after seeing my husband dying in my hands and being so young. But I just trusted Him as He taught me to do.. And after going through hell of sorrow, I kept seeking Jesus with all my heart and I ended up having an amazing year when God just overwhelmed me with His true friendship. He gave me so many experiences with Himself, and taught me so much about Himself, the way He reveals Himself... I go to bed at night so happy He is by my side and that I will wake up with Him and then spend all next day together. Honestly, I never imagined I would experience this with God, when you have Jesus, you are not of this world anymore... And even my husband died in absolute peace and joy and wonder of what is waiting ahead. God is so worthy and He loves us so much. One day all this horror on earth will end and until then He will never leave us nor forsake us! ❤️

Im a college student and I just discovered this song on Spotify in the car about an hour ago. There was a power outage where I live and i had an assignment for class due and the lights still weren't on by the time the company had said they'd be, so I was frantically driving to find some place with wifi in order to turn it in on time and as i was freaking out and praying my heart out to God to let there be lights somewhere in this blacked out town where i could get wifi, this song was sent to me. The only thing I could say was "I hear you, Jesus. I hear you." And I took a deep breath and reminded myself not to worry so much because like the song says, He wont ever forsake me and to just slow down and relax for a minute. I didnt make it in time to turn it in, but I Thank God for helping me find a working McDonalds with power so i could let my professor know what was going on.

this song makes me think of another song called 'slow down' as well that i used to listen to, before i came to Christ. its by wdw, which was my favorite band for a long time. it was really hard for me to let go of 'secular music' and that band. i had posters of them in my room and yeah i still love those people, but God made me love Him more and more. so now i dont listen to their music at all any more. i am thankful though, because once you turn to God, you'll never regret it :) i still pray for that band that they will repent and come to Jesus!
