Je vous remercie, Mickael, pour cette nouvelle histoire. J'ai appris du nouveau vocabulaire* Dégonflé par exemple. * Online translators said it should be "J'ai appris *un* nouveau vocabulaire". Is *un* better than *du* here?

We usually say: J'ai appris un nouveau mot. For a flat tire we also say ''crevé". When the tire is punctured. "J'ai crevé."

@@FrenchFacile12 Thanks for your response. I was trying to translate the English sentence "I learnt some new vocabulary". Because I had the word "some" in my sentence, that's why I reached for "du" and not "un".

Yes, "du vocabulaire", "un mot". If you are talking about a few words, then saying "j'ai appris du nouveau vocabulaire" is correct.
