Winters can be tough for sure. Chores and cooking ahve become easier since I decided to simply enjoy the process and be present in it while listening to calmkng stuff on the background. The yellow cups and plates are so lovely! I enjoyed your vlog🤍

Amazing vlog! One thing I’d like to point out is that using Palo santo is considered a closed practice to indigenous people. Perhaps you can use a different herb such as Lavender or Rosemary. ❤

Great suggestion! I mainly just use Palo Santo for relaxation and the scent doesn’t trigger a headache on me but will definitely look into lavender and rosemary 😊

Winter blues is a real thing up here in the north so I sympathise with you! a little bit of self love can go a long way. On the brighter side, spring is approaching and the day light is starting to get a little longer day by day 😊

Another peaceful & relaxing vlog 🥰 I also love a good scent in the home. I've been looking for a natural incense that smells good but without harsh chemicals. The new plate set is gorgeous! When my kids grow up, I look forward to adding more lovely plates to my home just like yours. ❤

Try organic incense or the ones that are chemical free and made with natural ingredients. I myself is also wary about anything that burns and emits smoke ( even in cooking 😄) so I sparingly use them. However I love lighting candles at home but I try to stick to the ones made with natural wax. If you have air purifier that will take care of removing pollutants in indoor air.
