Slow living in the Philippines

Slow living is a lifestyle that I have embraced. It's a process so there's a lot of things to learn along the way. If you're a mom like me, you can definitely relate to the guilty feeling we usually feel when we're taking some time off. But who said that your time should only be spent mothering your child? you are a human being too, who needs space and time to spend by yourself. Our productivity is even more enhanced as we learn to destress and put some loads off our shoulders.

I work as a Postman. This calm and chill vibes of rural villages in southern Asia is something I get to enjoy everyday. The slow lifestyle and everything it brings along with it is not everyones cup of tea. Some may find it boring in todays fast moving world. But for people who love it, you wont need yoga or meditation to calm your mind.
