Join me on one of my favorite hikes to an alpine lake in the sawtooth mountains of Idaho. We'll be hiking, camping, swimming and soaking on this road trip in the mountains from cold plunges in lakes to serene hot spring soaks to beautiful forest campsites in my van. All the while, learning about the health benefits of hot springs and identifying native plants in some of my top spots in this natural area. I prefer slow travel, taking my time on each hike, swim and adventure - so enjoy some relaxing moments in nature with me!

Being a nomad naturalist enables me to reconnect with nature in a whole new way. I hope to inspire this inner peace and happiness in others through a closer relationship with mama nature, through healthy eating, outdoor recreation, edible food gardening/farming, and sustainable living. KZbin has enabled me to better educate and inspire from the road.

You never cease to amaze and inspire me! I agree with you about letting the universe take you places and don't try to force things. I have met the most amazing and helpful people while exploring places I never intended or thought to visit! Life has forced me from the road for a while and I am recovering in a rehab facility while I learn to walk again. But I insist on taking my wheelchair outside 2 or 3 times a day. I enjoy the many trees and plants in the park like setting of the hospital grounds. And I met the most amazing and inspiring folks also enjoying walks with nature! Thank you so much, as always, for sharing and enriching our lives! Love you!

Oh man I simply LOVE your videos. I love sage too and rosemary for it's cellular re-energizing :) You find the most inspiring spiritual and healing amazing places !!!! Love the serendipity :) Its true how it randomly happens when we travel. I traveled to 26 countries alone by the age of 20 but I was 'never' alone :) So healing. Thank you !!! WE LOVE YOU !!!! 🙂♥🌲🌹

Yes I love plants too and got a degree in Ag. Eng. In my teen travels my favourite places were: Shimla Himachal Pradesh and Sothern Turkey and Greece but now I think I like Hawaii the best. But I also love where I live near Vancouver Canada :) You find the best places in your videos !!! Thank you for that !!!!

Journaling in the hot springs, I love it!! I definitely hear you about the freezing mornings, I was in Canada and moved to the Caribbean for winter. Much better now, chilling on the beach 😊

By the way, that quote is from Izaak Walton's book, 'The Compleat Angler,' first published in 1653, London. This book has undergone more printed editions than any other book on earth, except for the Bible.@@kaylanrosa
