Slow Meadow - We're Losing the Moon

“We’re losing the Moon” is a reference to the phenomenon of our moon drifting away from earth’s orbit at about the rate our fingernails grow. In tandem with that the allegory of man thinking of “the heavens” as an immovable and permanent thing. Once worshiped as gods, these heavenly bodies are now found to be as transient as life itself only over time scales long enough to fool countless generations of people. In this picture another reminder that we don’t see things as they are but as WE are.

i wanna share my thoughts here. this song remind me of when i was still in a toxic relationship with my ex. i listen to this song all the times. it made me cry even more loll, it's like this song is tied up with my heart. it also made me realize there's good and bad things in this world, but sometimes we gotten ourselves in the bad side. not knowing anything and what we have to do. we just stood there. in silence. waiting for a hand reach us, and finally helping us in the end. and that suits with the last minutes of the song, it sounded like when we finally get our help. and they tryna brought us back to the right path. ok that's it, thanks for reading this. have a good day whoever u are✌🏻😗
