Funny! Great for showing how increased frame rates reveal tiny details we don't normally see. At 24 FPS it's just a quick explosion, but at 7680 FPS every moment turns into a whole "book" of physics: from the tension of the material to the movement of the smallest drops of air and gas. You can literally immerse yourself in the study of fluid dynamics and surface interactions, analyzing each frame like a mechanics textbook!

The reason why the image becomes darker and noisier, because faster fps means less light is captured by the sensor. Image sensor compensate the low-light with adding more iso and digital brightness, hence more noise. If the object is provided with sufficient lighting, it'll probably reduce noise and improve image quality

I think the resolutions were: 1080p for 960 FPS, 720p for 1920 FPS, 480p for 3840 FPS and 360p for 7680 FPS. All 16:9 aspect ratios.

@@almosteverything7327 Not with the same camera. But you can of course convert it by only extracting every Nth frame and repeat them. Like seen clearly with the highest frame capture though, there is a quality cost to it, because the more frames the less light exposure time to the film or CCD. Hence more noise and darker pictures.

It would be better to shoot everything at once at maximum FPS, and just for each case, through the program, reduce the number of frames so that the difference between the examples is minimal

@@Kacper-ho4lo because the exposure time, the lower = the less light so if the exposure time is like 10 microseconds you need to blast the video with light (like 10k-50k lumens (for example, a phone flashlight is about 150 lux))
