AGS guides are the best on the market. I've been fishing the JDM Daiwa 55B series for the past couple years that's fitted with the AGS guide train. I fish them hard and often and have not had a single failure. They are SO much more resilient than stainless or Ti, and the no corrosion aspect is amazing. You can sneeze and flatten a traditional slowpitch micro guide, not any more. Good choice fellas.

Give us a call at the shop or give us a shout on Instagram so we can have a more in depth conversation. Lots to talk about when it comes to the new Trinity.

Really enjoy the channel. Just a small production note. If your going to post equipment, conditions, etc over the video, it needs to stay up a little longer. I read pretty fast and I never finished reading any of those. 👌

Hi Johnny. Ask Noah will the US market ever get the Saltiga SPJ reel they have in Japan and other parts of the world. The dark blue and gold.

When will the Trinity SPJ rods be available on your site? What will be the approximate price range?
@JohnnyJigsTV5 ай бұрын
The trinity should be available sometime in November. As for a price you’ll have to call the shop and speak to the guys directly.

They are Bonito,not Bonita...
@JohnnyJigsTV4 ай бұрын
I understand the confusion as they are very similar but those were Atlantic Bonita aka The little tunny, also known as the false albacore, little tuna, bonita, or erroneously as the blue bonito… you can tell the difference by the pattern on their backs.
@ChristopherBrown-w4n5 ай бұрын
Definitely not an expert, but pretty sure those are false albacore and not bonita

Are there any Daiwa rods that aren't built in China? I absolutely refuse to purchase a $300-500 rod made in China. I'll purchase a custom rod for more money that's made with a USA made blank and assembled here in the USA.
@bringit31645 ай бұрын
So far all my slowpitch rods are from Japan.
@gungadinn5 ай бұрын
@@bringit3164 All of the Daiwa rods I've personally handled were made in China I need/want 4 new rods, but I won't drop one penny on a Chinese made rod. I'm using some older Penn International IGFA glass 12 lb rods, but looking at shaving some weight from the detachable butt.
@ShinkiZer05 ай бұрын
Is the blank made here as well? Does the maker has previous experience with spj? If yes to all pls give info i need me some. Thanks!

Daiwa uses Japan made carbon sheet. Even if it's made in China.
@gungadinn2 ай бұрын
@@偉大なる偉大 You do understand the difference between "made in Japan" and being developed/invented in Japan, but produced in China, right? The Japanese are anal about items they produce. The Chinese are only concerned about making it cheap. No $500 Chinese manufactured Daiwa rod for me. Have it it with your money.
