They are always complaining about the amount of oil but most of them don't eat veggies but eat a lot of processed food, high carbohydrates ingredients... it's way better eating veggies in olive oil ( they can use less of course. They don't have to stick to the recipe) than eating a lot of pasta,Rice.... The increase of modern desesases is linked to the augmentation of consumption of cereals, carbohydrates,processed food not to oil.
